Proposal!

The United States has many religions being practiced. Everyone has their own believes and equal rights choose their own religion and to fallow what they like. No one should have to tell anyone what they can and cannot do everyone is reasonably for their actions in life and can form any group they please.

There are many religions in the world that anyone can choose and no one should have to focus you or make you do something you don’t want or like. Now you see that people have more freedom and more rights in the States and after a cretin age you can do what you please. I believe that the Catholics did a good thing by never giving up on what they believe and always stuck it out no matter what they went though and always stayed together as a group because if one of them went down it meant all of them went down. By forming a group makes a big change in the world to start whatever you please and believe in what you like. Being different doesn’t mean anything bad it just means that you’re forming an important group which you believe in and others might as well.

if you stick your mind into something you can do it at the end no one should ever focus you into doing something you don’t like your believe in you should be in control of yourself and your own believes in the world no matter what group your from. Just like the Catholics did they stuck it out and went though it all the way until their goals got accomplished and got what they wanted there still fighting for more rights they believe in and think they should be changed but step by step they’ll get it at the end.

Catholics Today!

Catholics have been though a lot to get there equal rights. They were mistreated by the Ku Klux Klan and other groups as well. They had a small place in the States but now they have a large percent of Catholics all over the world.

Now you can see that Catholics get treated different and earlier with other people. They finely got what they planned for and the respect they needed from people. Of course they worked hard for it but now you see more Catholics around the world. Catholics started getting more respect from people and not getting such a hard time from others they can finely walk around and believe what they please without any harm. Although there were still group that went agents them and still fought agents them the Catholics did not really pay attention to them they stand strong as a nation and didn’t go down since they’ve been through so much to get to where there at today.

Catholics did have a hard time but finely they got there equal rights just like they deserve. They make a large group in the United States now and have their own churches and town. Catholicism is one of the most famous religions in the states now. Finely the Catholics were just as equal as any other group and have the same abilities as them as well.

Fight Back!

Catholics were mistreated by many groups in the United States. They’ve been though a lot but never gave up. They did everything they could to get equal rights just like any other person in the world and they didn’t care who would try to stop them because they were giving it there all.

Catholics found a way to be treated like they should be. They decided to gown in with the American society but still keep their religion the same and to keep practicing it. They even gowned in both World Wars so it would look like they were a part of the group and fighting for these people. Gowning the American army shows how much passion is shown to the Americans and for them growing and becoming one of the army people. Catholics started getting the attention they needed from people so that they can see Catholics are just as equal and same as other people in the world and that all they were doing was fallowing there believes.  People then started growing the group and started seeing their bright side and gaining people to help the poor and have a better life for them. They opened homes for poor give them food, clothing ex. from what Catholics started doing people started seeing their good side and that they were never bad in the first place. Others started accepting them just for religion and for just having a religion. Catholics started getting better and better and before you know it John F. Kennedy was elected president. John F. Kennedy was a Catholic and had a hard time getting it as well but he still won and showed the people that Catholics were a part of something

Catholics fought long and hard for respect and at the end they got it. People started seeing a change and who Catholics are really are. growing that one group changed their life’s they tried their best to fit in with everyone which is what they did and still practice there religion and believes this group has been through so much and getting what they wanted at the end was worth it.

Mistreating Catholics

The Catholic are very well know in the United States and around the world but back then it was not. Catholics were discriminated by many different group and different types of people. Citizens who wanted to practice the catholic religion were very hard for them because they were not accepted and could not really do much about it ether.

In British history the Catholics were not treated fairly in a series of laws during the late 18th and early 19th centuries. After the Reformation, Roman Catholics in Britain had been harassed by numerous restrictions. In Britain, Roman Catholics could not purchase land, hold civil or military offices or seats in Parliament, inherit property, or practice their religion freely without incurring civil penalties. They also could not vote.

A person who came from other countries like Ireland and wanted to practice the Catholic religion was very hard to do since the Ku Klux Klan was agents them and controlling them and so did other groups as well. They would burn there houses and mostly everything they owned and leave them homeless. These groups also fought and killed many Catholics. People believed that by practicing the catholic religion they were destroying the United States.

Catholics in the states had a hard time when they practice their religion. They were discriminated by many groups like the Ku Klux Klan they only accepted the pure white and by the Protestants. The KKK has done many things to the Catholics and made their lives the worse but they still fought though it tills the end.

Cultural Catholics!

Most of the Catholics in the world probably fit into the category of cultural Catholics. This group is unlike any other type of groups in the world. Their known as "Catholic" their more social than religious and most people know them as "womb to tomb Catholics." Most were born in a Hispanic, Irish, Polish, or Italian family which means their baptized, married, and buried in the Catholic Church but have little or no concern about spiritual matters.

Cultural Catholic was established in 1983 to form a group of Catholic to techs the rights for Catholic and their own religion. They that religion was the most important and they did criticism any one else’s religion and just like other groups there are people that don’t like the cultural Catholics because the way they treat their own kind and how strict they are. Many people expect many things for Catholic people and how they think there rule molder and they have to fallow all the rules and laws that were passed for them.

Even though they have past thrower so much they still stuck to their religion and their believes it is very hard to do what they have don but they still kept on going with what they believed in and that is very special to them and their believes in life. Many groups went through a lot to get where they are but they still stuck it out and went all the way. Still today this group exists and helps out the Catholic in the world.

Abuse of the Indians

The Indians have been passed threw so many things that still to this day it affects them in a very hard way. They have been moved from their land “the black hills” by fours and not by their own will that by itself is horrible. They had to be converted into Christians so that they cud be accepted. From their home in the black hill they were moved to reserves that had poor living conditions and many feel ill to disease.

Grant and other leader triad to bribe red cloud so that he would sign their contracts and hand over there land but the whites never kept their word. They trick red cloud into signing their contract but he did sign the other one they had for them. Sitting bull was more stubborn in terms of dialing with the whites he did like the idea of the changing there culture so he never sign anything. Even if grant thought that it was for their best interest to sale their lands and getting money out of it.

They were fours to convert to a deferent religion if not they were not accepted in the community. They had to use a Christian if not they would be ignored until they chose one. That is not something that you can let go that easily many had trouble changing their name. But after they did they would be treated normally.

The worst part of all was that they fours to live in the reserves with terrible living conditions and disease the kill most of the Indian that staid there. Many Indian fell to illnesses in dowse reserves and they weren’t really that happy there they cud not hut, they were cut off from nature and away from their home. There weren’t that many supplies for the doctors all they had was liker so that they would not feel the pain.

The Indians still suffer from all of these experiences and they are still not treated the same way as whites. It is very sad when you think about it all this people taken away from their homes and being fours to change their way of life that you have kept for so many years id cud have not been easy. so even do the whites treed to help them in the end the damage was done that is something that cannot be forgiven.

I miss her now that she moved but I understand that she had to go when she finely made it there she called and told me all about her traveling there and how the people where nice but very different and how she got her job very quick since it's easy to find work there.

At the end she found everything her way a guy walked into her life and a nice paying job which she called a better life I still hear from her now and then but I'm really proud of my cousin and her choose.

Immigration Today!

In this video you will see what Barack Obama talking about immigration and what they should do to be fixed and be a part of the United States. Barack Obama doesn’t no agree or disagree with migration I’m just guessing he wants it to be fixed as fast as possible. I agree with him as well I don’t think we should be sending ever migrate home because there already there and they should leave everything they worked for and go back to nothing they worked hard to get to where they are and they should get a chance to show why they should stay even if they don’t have legal papers because sooner or later they well get it. So from this video I learned not just immigration people need to get a chance but for everyone else as well. ENJOY THE VIDEO!

Life as an immigrate!

I will never forget they day I moved here I still remember it just like if it was yesterday. it was 1903 a Thursday when my dad came back from the potato’s farm telling mom to pack our things because he found out a way for us to leave to the untied stats I wasn’t so happy to go since I was so used to living in Irish but my family said this was for the best of everyone so I had no choice that same night I was helping my family packing to leave the next morning that didn’t give us much times but we made the best of it. After we packed what we thought was right since we could not take so much stuff with us we had our last family meal since we were leaving the morning.

Friday morning my mom woke us up very early to get ready to leave I honestly don’t no was I was doing at that time things happened so quickly I just got ready and went in the car of my dad’s friends since he was the one who was going to us it was only our family inside the car and once we got there we started seeing other people. I didn’t no even one so I just stayed with my only brother I had josh he was a good guy who loved playing anything me and him would just start making games up just so the time would go by fast not many things happen on the bought like I said I didn’t no anyone. a few weeks later we made it to this island were we took a break to explore what was coming it was a small town with very few things but I didn’t want to judge and be rude so I just went alone with it.

Monday July 9th 1903 we finely made it to Unites States. I was really happy that we finely made it to the a place called New York we lived in a 1 bedroom apt. where my mom and dad slept in that room and I and my brother would sleep in the living room it was way much better than my old house were I had to sleep on the floor with no roof. Life in New York was pretty hard but better then Irish and we had much more freedom then before.

July 20, 1903 today is my first day at school and I very nerves am wondering how school is over here and am wondering if anyone would talk to me or be my friend I guess where just going to have to figure that out. when I entered the school everything was normal nobody said anything to me or agents me I was very happy with school because I wanted to show my family that I could be something important with my life and I could make a difference my family always believed in me and followed my chooses that why I was doing this for me and my family and to show everyone that we had a great reason for moving not just so that I can get a education but also for freedom on our own.

Moving to the United Stats

Life in Ireland was cruel; immigrating to America was not easy ether it was known to as the "American Wake" for these people who would never even see Ireland again. All started in the 19th century when many people left Irish for a better life. many things started happening in Irish that not many agreed with and if they would fight back they would be over took by the people who were in charge not many people had jobs ether some did which would be in the farms with little amount of everything but they still made it. what a lot of people started doing was leaving Irish to go to the United Stats  because a lot of people heard life there was easy and they didn’t have to go though so much so many people got there families and left to the United Stats .

In 1816 over 6,000 Irish people sailed to America. And after 2years it doubled. Even though it took them many weeks to get to the United Stats  they still did it and made it there as well. they would have to go through so much to get there stopping in a lot of places with not much food and people that they might not even no. Over all they cared about was making it to the place they  no freedom was there New York.

When they made it to the United Stats  the Ireland would leave in a place where not many people lived mostly the ones they emigrated with just so they won’t be caught and have they sent back. the men would work in anything they pays and so would women even though most of them stayed home as house wife’s but for them men all they cared about was having enough money for them to survive they would be please with it. They didn’t work in big company’s since they were emigrates but they still had job which was the important part.
Life was different for mostly everyone who moved to the United Stats  with different things exposing in front of them just like religion schools and other things as well not many changed their ways but for the kids they sure did since schools in the United Stats  has more information then there schools back in Irish they knew more. This is a good thing for them since they didn’t no so much before.

I think leaving your home for a better life is a good thing and that if I had my chance to leave my home left in Irish with everything that was going there I would probably do the same so I agree with most families that leave for a restart in their life I believe there making the right choose on leavening before they changes goes away.
